Mission of New Edge Coaching

“The way you do one thing is the way you do everything.” - Martha Beck

New Edge Coaching is inspiring and creating thousands of high integrity, highly adaptable, kind and resilient leaders who in turn create high-functioning teams, healthy cultures of innovation, and sustainable, regenerative, next economy businesses.

In the process, we are impacting thousands of people and shifting culture through the positive ripple effect that business cultures can have on the families of the employees and even customers impacted by the business.

We believe toxic, ego-driven leadership approaches and resulting toxic business culture are unnecessary for success and only perpetuate generational trauma.

In modern society, we spend most of our lives at work, and most company cultures are high in drama and dysfunction. This drama spills over to the family every night and then gets modeled for the next generation. So we are working on the root solution- modeling healthy leadership.

We are only working with leaders committed to creating healthier ecosystems inside and outside of their companies. Together, through customized coaching, we are working on a leader’s integrity of being and how that translates into higher levels of consciousness and healthier behavior. We take an integrated approach to improving our personal relationship with our minds, bodies, energy, and others both at work and at home. The way you are with one thing is the way you are with everything.

The most effective leaders have the vulnerability and integrity to “go first,” take responsibility for working deeply on themselves, and modeling the behavior they would like the people they guide to practice.

Coaching is the best shortcut we’ve found for this complex transformational process that is extremely challenging to achieve alone, especially while in a high pressure leadership role. To quote Eric Schmidt of Google, “Everyone needs a coach.”

“You can only guide as far as you’ve gone.“

The best way to learn about coaching is to dive in and give it a try. Pick one valuable topic that you’d like help improving, and bring it in to experience a powerful coaching conversation…

This 150-page book is a fantastic guide for how to organize one of the most important and exciting investments you’ll ever make - an investment in your own growth to full potential.

I am also a guinea pig for the methods outlined in the book, and they have helped me tremendously. I recommend you read this before working with any coach.
